Offering a confidential and non-judgemental environment, my aim is for you to have a space where you can come and feel safe to discuss anything that is on your mind.
Meeting on the same day and at the same time each week, we can work together to explore anything that is concerning you. I offer both short and long term work, which can be discussed when we meet.
It is important that you choose a therapist who you feel able to start opening up to and therefore I recommend that you attend an initial session with me during which we can discuss what is concerning you and think about how we can work together.
I am also trained to work with those experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues, as well as people with intellectual disabilities.
